Performed by a Registered Massage Therapist, it involves manipulating muscles, joints, and soft tissues to improve circulation, mobility, and overall well-being. RMT can help with injury recovery, stress reduction, chronic pain management, and enhancing athletic performance—all within a professional, evidence-based framework.

Sharon Brovold is proud to be the newest member at the Caledon East Chiropractic Centre. She is a graduate of both the university of Western Ontario (1995), and Sutherland Chan Massage Therapy School where she studied until 2003. Over the past 20 years, Sharon has been a working therapist practicing Swedish Massage. She has spent much of her time practicing in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting, treating clientele from all walks of life, and ranging in all ages. Early on in her career, she was drawn to the discipline of pregnancy massage. She quickly pursued and completed specialized training in this field in 2008, and spent a lot of her clinical practice time in this area. During the same time, Sharon also completed training in Infant Massage which allowed her to treat infants, and eventually became an International Infant Massage Instructor (C.I.M.I.)

In her spare time, Sharon and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. They like spending time at their cottage and enjoying all the great outdoors has to offer!

Sharon looks forward to the opportunity to bring massage therapy to the clinic and is excited to join the dynamic wellness team here at Caledon East Chiropractic Center!

Dr. Lauren Ellens is a wellness based Chiropractor who is passionate about working with all members of the family from newborns to grandparents. She has spent time living in Niagara and Nova Scotia but has since found herself back in Caledon, where she lives with her husband. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and her Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University. Prior to this she has a history with athletic therapy and instructing exercise classes for various populations. Dr. Lauren provides chiropractic care as well as acupuncture. She has a special interest in pregnancy, postpartum and pediatric care. Dr. Lauren has also received additional training in chronic pain, orthotic therapy, and concussion management as a SHIFT level 2 provider. Additionally, outside of the office she serves the community as a Pilates instructor. In her spare time she loves to play soccer, travel, and spend time with her family and tuxedo kitty.

Kaitlyn Haller is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation. She graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in April 2022, where she developed a deep understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, and exercise science. Inspired to take her passion for health and wellness further, Kaitlyn went on to complete her Massage Therapy diploma at Anderson College, graduating in June 2025.

Born and raised in Palgrave, Kaitlyn attended Humberview Secondary School and has been active within her community. Outside of her practice, Kaitlyn loves to stay active—whether she’s swimming, working out, or enjoying the outdoors. She also values quality time with her family and friends, who continue to inspire her passion for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Paul McCrimmon is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with almost 2 decades of experience in the healthcare field. He is very excited to finally be able to work in Caledon East with his brother Scott as it emphasizes the ‘family’ in Caledon East Family Chiropractic.

Paul is a graduate and current faculty member of the Osteopathic College of Ontario, where he has taught Advanced Manual Techniques for the last 6 years. He holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from McMaster University and is also a Registered Massage Therapist and former Athletic Therapist.

In addition to his numerous years of clinical experience, Paul has worked with a number of athletes in a wide variety of sports at both the amateur and professional levels, both on-field and off.

Dr. Scott is a family-oriented chiropractor who is happy to have returned home to Caledon East where he grew up.

Dr. Scott has grown Caledon East Family Chiropractic into a successful wellness practice through his dedication to his profession, and his caring nature towards each individual patient and their families.

Dr. Scott lives in Caledon East with his wife and 2 sons. He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic from the renowned Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he graduated Cum Laude. He also received his Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University. However, prior to all his post-secondary education, he was a student at Robert F. Hall Secondary School, where he was a member of the very first graduating class. He also loves to be involved in the community. He is a coach with the Caledon Hawks, Caledon Baseball association and Brampton Excelsior’s lacrosse. If he is not coaching or playing himself, then he is often at the rink watching family or friends play. He was also on the medical team for the 2015 Pan Am Games.

Through his passion to serve all patients with the highest quality health care, Dr. Scott is constantly updating his knowledge and skills. He has a special interest in concussion management and has been trained through the SHIFT Concussion management program and is now a level II provider. He has also received post-graduate training in acupuncture, pediatrics, pregnancy, nutrition, sports injuries, as well as chiropractic adjusting techniques and orthotic therapy.
